Refund policy

By making this purchase you are demonstrating that you are purchasing a hemp product
containing CBD (cannabidiol) and less than .3% D9 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). These products should only be used as directed on the label. Do not use it if pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. A Doctor’s advice should be sought before using this and any supplemental dietary product. Mistaking hemp for high THC marijuana does not warrant a refund.

I. Return and Exchange Policy. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to
offer refunds or replacements for any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not
accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. By completing a
purchase, you agree to this No Returns or Exchanges Policy

II. Damaged Items. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item,
you must contact our team at lessnoisewellness@urbantriage.org within one week of delivery. Please include your full name, proof of the issue (such as photos), and invoice, and we will review your request.

III. Incorrect Items. In the rare event that you receive the wrong product contact our
team at lessnoisewellness@urbantriage.org within one week of delivery. Please include your full name, photos of the incorrect product, and invoice, and we will review your request.
