Urban Triage is a Madison, WI based nonprofit that uplifts vulnerable populations through education, advocacy, and direct services. Our initiatives foster resilience and community leadership while addressing systemic barriers through housing navigation services, youth support, food access, and trauma-informed care. We believe in meeting individuals where they are, ensuring equitable access to resources and support.

Under our umbrella, we are proud to introduce Less Noise Wellness, our line of hemp-based products. Less Noise Wellness is designed to help people slow down, relax, and find balance in a time filled with constant stimulus and uncertainty. These products are organically grown in Wisconsin, ensuring the highest quality and environmentally responsible cultivation. You can put your mind at ease knowing our products are made using clean, simple ingredients. 

All profits from Less Noise Wellness are reinvested into our Agriculture Programs and operational costs. These programs provide land-based learning experiences and support for new entrepreneurs ready to reclaim land, build sustainable businesses, and lead with community care. It also offers opportunities for families to spend meaningful time together on our farm, where they can heal, learn gardening techniques, and enjoy free organic produce.
